Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated 26 September 2026
How to cancel a Home Darshan booking. Nothing is paid in advance, so in almost every case there is nothing to refund.
What you pay, and when
Nothing is taken when you book. The sevak collects the whole amount at your home once the darshan is finished, in cash or by UPI.
That is why this page is short. A refund is the return of money already taken, and until the darshan is over we have not taken any.
Cancelling a booking
Contact us on durlabhdarshan@techxr.co with your registered mobile number and the date of your visit, and we will confirm the cancellation to you.
There is no cancellation charge, whenever you cancel. We would still rather know as early as you can: one sevak covers the whole city, and an hour held for a visit that will not happen is an hour somebody else could have had.
If we cancel
If we cancel for any reason — illness, a breakdown, weather, or anything that makes the visit unsafe — you are told as soon as we know. Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to return.
If a visit goes wrong
You pay after the darshan rather than before, so the ordinary case needs no refund at all: if the equipment fails, or you have to stop because someone feels unwell, the sevak collects only for the darshans that were actually shown. If none could be shown, he collects nothing.
If you are unhappy with a visit after paying for it, tell us within 48 hours and we will look into it. We would rather return the money than have someone feel a darshan was spoiled.
How a refund is made, in the rare case there is one
If money has changed hands and has to come back — a complaint upheld after the visit, or an amount collected in error — it is returned by the same route it was paid, cash or UPI, within 5–7 working days of us confirming it.
