What we provide

Home Darshan is a home-visit service. A sevak travels to the address you give us, sets up a virtual reality headset, and guides you through narrated 3D and 360° recordings of tirth yatras. Everything is brought to you and taken away again the same visit; nothing is installed and no equipment is left behind.

The recordings are pre-produced films of real places. They are devotional experiences, not live streams and not a substitute for physical pilgrimage.

Where we serve

We serve addresses within roughly 7 km of our Bhopal and Delhi centres. The booking page checks the address you enter before it accepts a booking, and that check is the final word — if it says we cannot reach you, we cannot.

If you are outside the area you can leave your number, and we will contact you if a sevak begins serving it.

Booking and slots

• Visits are booked into 2-hour arrival windows between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, seven days a week.
• A window must be booked at least 4 hours before it starts. The first window of the day closes at 5:00 pm on the previous day.
• You may book from 2 to 12 darshans in a single visit, up to 21 days ahead.
• The window is when the sevak arrives, not the length of the visit. How long he stays depends on how many darshans you have booked.

A slot is held for you only once checkout begins, and only briefly. If payment is not completed the slot is released and offered to someone else.

Prices and payment

• ₹99 per darshan, reduced from ₹299 as a launch offer.
• A visit is a minimum of 2 darshans.
• No travel charge and nothing else added.
• All prices include GST at 18%.

The full amount is paid online when you book. Nothing is due at the door, and the sevak carries no money and cannot take any.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

The price shown at checkout is calculated on our servers from the rules above. That figure is the one that applies.

What we need from you

• An accurate address, and someone at home during the window you booked.
• A room where a person can stand and turn around safely, with a power socket nearby.
• Reasonable care of the equipment while it is in your home.

The sevak will ask for a four-digit number shown in your booking before he begins. It is there so you can be sure the person at your door is ours. Please do not share it with anyone else.

Safety

Virtual reality can cause dizziness, nausea or disorientation. It is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant, has epilepsy or a history of seizures, has a heart condition, or suffers from severe motion sickness. Children should use it only with an adult present.

Stop immediately if you feel unwell and tell the sevak. He will end the session, and you will not be charged for darshans you did not watch.

When a visit cannot go ahead

If nobody is at the address during the booked window, or the sevak cannot safely set up, he will record the visit as not completed. Our cancellation and refund policy explains what happens to money already paid.

We may cancel a visit ourselves — illness, a vehicle breakdown, weather, or anything that makes the visit unsafe. If we do, you are told as soon as we know and everything you have paid is refunded.

Content and conduct

The films, the software and the branding remain ours. You may not record, copy or redistribute them.

Our sevaks are entitled to a safe and respectful welcome. A sevak may end a visit and leave if he is treated otherwise, and the visit will be treated as completed.

Liability

Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
